WUJT LEADERSHIP

  Structure:

• BOD: (Meets Annually; Generally in Nov. or Dec.) Agenda is formed by BOD members who request items (areas of discussion) for Agenda.  This is an open forum, may be issues/policy changes that the BOD vote on in real time or can be elevated to Executive Board for further discussion and resolution.

• EB: (Meets Annually; Generally in Feb.) Vote on resolve any outstanding issues from BOD meeting and format voting for General meeting later in February.

• General Meeting:  Review of policy and rule changes.  Provide draft of upcoming schedule.
